Exhibitor Showcase

The Connecticut Association of Independent Schools is pleased to welcome exhibitors to meet and mingle with attendees at the Exhibitor Showcase featured at annual Conference on Business Operations and Technology on Thursday, November 7, 2024. 

Location and Timing: The Exhibitor Showcase will take place in Earth Ballroom A and run from 5:45 PM to 7:15 PM on November 7, 2024. This reception will include drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

  • Each exhibitor will have a 6-ft clothed and draped table. Optional electricity is available for an additional charge.
  • Exhibitors may choose to stay for dinner in Earth Ballroom A immediately following the reception, for an additional charge.
  • Sustaining Partners are invited to send up to four attendees and are invited to remain for the duration of the two-day conference. Meals are included for reps one and two.

Sponsorships: Sponsorships for specific events are also available and range from the event WiFi (with password naming rights) to the Tech Munch lunch (which includes lunch with CAIS tech professionals on Nov. 7th), to the coffee break. Click here to learn more and sponsor an event.

Overnight Accommodations: If your representatives plan to stay overnight, we have a limited number of rooms reserved in a block at Mohegan Sun. Please use this link to receive the group rate. BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE BY OCT 17.

Driving and Parking: Click here for information on Getting to Mohegan Sun. Parking is available in the Winter Garage. Follow signs to the rear of the complex for the Winter Garage. The Earth Tower Conference Center and Earth Ballroom A will be clearly marked and are just to your left after you enter the Casino and Conference Center. 

Shipping of Materials: We encourage local vendors to park in the Winter Garage and walk materials to the Ballroom. It is a short walk! Shipping directly to/from Mohegan Sun goes through Demers Events & Expo Services. Additional fees apply, payable to Demers.

  • Download, complete, and return this form to Ashley Parker: ashley @ demers-av.com. If items are not consumable, and will be going outbound as well, both the INBOUND and OUTBOUND boxes must be checked on the form and you must provide both tracking numbers.
  • Exhibitors must have prepaid labels for outbound shipping, no exceptions.
  • Shipping form should be submitted to Demers by November 1.
