Exhibitor Showcase

The Connecticut Association of Independent Schools is pleased to welcome exhibitors to meet and mingle with attendees at the Exhibitor Showcase featured at annual Conference on Business Operations and Technology on Thursday, November 7, 2024. 

Location and Timing: The Exhibitor Showcase will take place in Earth Ballroom A and run from 5:45 PM to 7:15 PM on November 7, 2024. This reception will include drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

Conference App: Please make sure to download our conference app. The app is available for iPhones and in the Google Play Store. Search for “CAIS (CT) Conferences." Log into the app using the email address attached to your exhibitor and/or partner registration. New this year: you are able to update your exhibitor and/or partner profile.

  • Name tags will indicate whether dinner was selected for each exhibitor: C (chicken), V (squash). 
  • If you plan to host an after-party event elsewhere in Mohegan Sun, please let us know and we can add details into the conference app! 
  • Attendee names and contact details will become available in the App the day of the conference. We will share a full attendee list as well.

Arrival and Hotel Check-in: The CAIS room block is in the Earth Tower Hotel. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. For early check-in, if the hotel has your email address on file, you will get an alert at 9 AM and can pre-register on your phone. You will be notified when your room is available. If the hotel does not have your email address on file, you can either go to one of the hotel kiosks or the front desk and post your CC and start the registration process.  Guests are welcome to store their luggage at the bell desk until their rooms are ready. 

If you arrive early on Thursday and would like to have lunch within the resort, please access Mohegan Sun's list of dining options. The link also includes late night options following the Thursday evening conference dinner. If you plan to host an after-party event, please let us know and we can add details into the conference app!

Driving and Parking: Click here for information on Getting to Mohegan Sun. Parking is available in the Winter Garage. Follow signs to the rear of the complex for the Winter Garage.

  • Take the elevator to the 1st Floor
  • Follow the signs for the Casino
  • The Earth Tower Conference Center and Earth Ballroom A will be clearly marked and are just to your left after you enter the Casino and Conference Center. 

Valet parking is also available.

Note for  Sustaining Partners attending on Friday: a Christmas exposition will be opening in the convention center on Friday and there may be a line for that event. We will do our best to put out signage indicating where CAIS participants may enter the hall. You will not need to wait in line to enter the convention center.

Earth Tower Information

Shipping of Materials: All shipping must have been arranged in advance with Demers with this form (deadline was Nov 1). The Demers contact is Ashley Parker: ashley @ demers-av.com. Exhibitors who have planned for return shipping of goods should leave packed and labeled boxes at their exhibitor table at the end of the exhibition.
