Partnership Benefits - 2024-2025

All Partnership Levels:

• When partnered for an event that includes an exhibitor showcase, Partners receive a 75% discount on one exhibitor table registration for that event, priority table placement, and meals-included for up to 2 representatives. (For the 2024-2025 school year the base price for an exhibitor table before Partner discount is $1,200.)
• Listing as a Sustaining Partner on CAIS website
• Rotating advertisement (logo w/link to company website) on CAIS website; higher level partners will be queued in the rotation for greater exposure
• CAIS newsletter promotion throughout the year (shared with Heads of School and Business Officers) leading up to and after partnered events
• Ability to post webinar or event listings on CAIS professional development website
• Highlighted listing in new digital Business Directory on the CAIS website accessed by all member schools ($300 a la carte price for non-partners)
• Partner listing on in-person and/or digital conference signage and promotional materials and Conference App (when applicable)
• Submission of an advertisement in the Conference App (when applicable) for no additional charge
• Depending on the format and topical needs of an event, Partners may be invited to present breakout sessions
• May be invited to drop in to present at CAIS virtual roundtables
• Priority notification of additional Partner opportunities or event-specific sponsorships that may arise (additional fees may apply)

Association Partner

Company supporting four or more events with listing as a Association Partner; additional benefits may apply to specific events

• Exhibitor table registration fee(s) waived
• Company will be listed in permanent footer on newsletter and on CAIS website homepage
• Opportunity to introduce a keynote speaker at one event
• May submit up to 8 educational pieces (or links) to be included in the CAIS Newsletter
• May submit up to 6 advertisements for publication in the CAIS Newsletter
• Because of the close nature of this partnership, we would help find a customized opportunity for an Association Partner to host
• Limited to three Partners

Principal Partner

Company supporting three annual events with listing as a Principal Partner; additional benefits may apply to specific events

• Can submit up to 6 educational pieces to be included in the CAIS Newsletter
• Can submit up to 4 advertisements for publication in the CAIS Newsletter
• 75% discount available for exhibitor table(s) for partnered event (if applicable)

Key Partner

Company supporting two annual events with listing as a Key Partner; additional benefits may apply to specific events

• Can submit up to 4 educational pieces to be included in the CAIS Newsletter
• Can submit up to 2 advertisements for publication in the CAIS Newsletter
• 75% discount available for exhibitor table(s) for partnered event (if applicable)

Select Partner

Company supporting one annual event with listing as a Select Partner; additional benefits may apply to specific events

• 75% discount available for exhibitor table for partnered event (if applicable)

2024-2025 Events

CAIS also seeks to build connections outside of these events, and a Sustaining Partnership provides an opportunity to open that conversation and consider what else is possible.

Stand-alone exhibitor registration, Business Directory listing, and additional or stand-alone sponsorships of specific conference items (Wi-Fi, Welcome Lunches, etc...) are also available for purchase.
